1. How will you control product quality?
We strictly control every detail of production, and every product is inspected by our QC team

2. Can you send samples for confirmation? Are they free?
Yes, of course, but sample fee is not for free.
3. What about delivery time?
Generally, production needs 7 to 15 days. And it also depends on product and quantity.
4. Can customize, modify and develop products according to the design drawing?
Yes, we provide OEM service and can customize products according to the drawing.
5. Whether the price reasonable?
With factory, we promise to provide reasonable and cost-effective price.
6. What about terms of payment?
Payment terms: T/T, west Union and L/C, etc.
7. Can you tell me something about product materials and workmanship?
We adopt environmental protection materials, and they are harmless to human being.
8. Can you list the products of your company?
Epos, touch Pos, receipt printer, cash box and barcode scanner.
9. If found quality problems, what should I do?
You can replace for a new one or we provide repair for you within 30 days for free.
10. What about minimum order quantity?
We have no limit for MOQ, so you can even buy only 1 piece.
